The GigaLight GPB-3424L-L2CD-AL is a hot-pluggable Bi-Directional (BiDi) SFP optical transceiver module designed for Gigabit Ethernet and 1G Fiber Channel applications. It operates using a single strand of single-mode fiber with WDM technology: 1310 nm Fabry-Perot (FP) laser transmitter and 1490 nm PIN photodiode receiver. The module supports data transmission distances up to 20 km and complies with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 digital diagnostic specifications.This transceiver supports dual data rates of 1.25 Gbps for Gigabit Ethernet and 1.063 Gbps for 1G Fiber Channel.
