Description

The ADVA SFP/2Q1/8501/MM/LC is a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) optical transceiver module designed for short-reach multimode fiber applications in Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel networks. Operating at a wavelength of 850 nm, the module supports data transmission over multimode fiber with typical reach up to 550 meters on OM2 fiber and extended distances on OM3/OM4 fiber types. The transceiver features a duplex LC connector interface, ensuring compatibility with standard structured cabling systems deployed in enterprise data centers and telecommunications facilities.
