The Finisar FTLX8571D3BCL is a high-performance, hot-swappable optical transceiver module designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) and 1G/2G/4G/8G/10G Fibre Channel applications. Compliant with the 10GBASE-SR and 10GBASE-SW standards, this SFP+ module operates at a nominal wavelength of 850nm over multi-mode fiber (MMF). It is engineered to support a data rate of up to 10.5 Gbit/s, providing a robust and scalable solution for high-speed data center interconnects, enterprise backbone links, and storage area networks (SAN).The unit features a standard duplex LC connector and utilizes a Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser (VCSEL) transmitter combined with a high-speed PIN photodiode receiver.
